Where are all the Girl’s Games?

“Where are all the girl’s games” analyses the male gaze in video games through interactive mini games accompanied by short introspective essays. It pays homage to “pink games”, the stereotypical girly video games from the early 2000s, that have often not been archived, or taken serious, despite their clear impact on today’s video games.
Through 3 different mini games, the player is invited to reflect on the role of the damsel in distress, leisure, and their relationship with “playing like a girl”.
